We primarily use QuickBooks Online, and yes - we'll set it up for you if you don't already have it. That said, if you're using another platform and things are working, we can talk through options. Most of our clients find QuickBooks Online to be the right fit, and we'll walk you through everything so it's never confusing.

That's honestly one of the most common situations we step into. We'll do a free assessment of your books first so you know exactly what you're dealing with. Then we put together a cleanup plan with a one-time cleanup fee (separate from your monthly rate) and get everything in order before we move forward on an ongoing basis.

We don't prepare tax returns - that's not our lane. But what we do is make sure your books are so clean and organized that your CPA can do their job faster and more accurately. We coordinate directly with your tax preparer and hand off everything they need. If you don't have a CPA yet, we can refer you to a few we trust here in Colorado Springs.

We use a secure client portal for all document sharing - no emailing sensitive files back and forth. You'll get your own login, and we'll walk you through how it works on our onboarding call. Most of the heavy lifting happens through read-only bank feeds in QuickBooks, so day-to-day it's pretty hands-off for you.

Absolutely. We work on a month-to-month basis - no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Give us 30 days' notice and we'll wrap everything up neatly and hand off your files. That said, we've never had someone leave because they wanted to do their own books again, so we're pretty confident you'll stick around.
